  • I also don't consider myself a "runner" by any means, not yet. I run 3-4 times a week and I'm trying to get myself up to a 5k (my longest run is currently only 1.75 miles, im very new to this!). But, I'll run at most 2 days in a row and have 1 rest day in between. So i guess like...2 rest days a week?
  • Anyone here can feel free to add me as well! My goals are less major weight loss (looking to lose 5-10lbs of the 10 i put on from medication) but a little more so just keeping myself fit and healthy and making it a lifestyle, not just a temporary thing.
  • Thanks to you both! Nancybuss, you are SO right about people getting in your head and making you feel like you don't have to work out. Or people giving you inquisitive looks like... "well, why?" stormbornkrak, Yoga is the one thing I've had a hard time getting into. I guess im super not flexible and I get frustrated easily…
  • I'm an evening person, but that's only because I have a 45 minute commute and just can't get myself up any earlier to get to the gym before getting ready for work! So I just pack my gym clothes and bring them to the office, that way I'd feel guilty if I just go home and carried them for nothing. Plus, no waste of time in…
