Thighs are a problem area for me too. I used to do a lot of squats and got lots of compliments on my "big pretty legs". I started doing yoga and so far its the only thing that has helped, making my athletic legs more feminine.

I once heard someone say that nobody ever "feels like" working out, and that it everyone waited on the feeling that hardly anyone would be in shape. It helps me to remember this and know that I need to just do and get it out of the way.

I have recently started using MFP. I am slowly losing about a pound a week. I am starting to learn a lot about portion sizes and measuring. I really miss getting really full though.
