I understand that I can't MAKE him do anything. I just feel very hopeless, even if he sees me doing it, he still won't care. It just makes me sad :(

Oh yes, I've been doing this for years! I think he knows it, he just doesn't want to do anything about it. I can see where he's coming from, but I don't think he quite realizes the consequences. Thanks for your advice!

I love Jillian Michaels DVDs (literally all of them) and TurboJam. They are both really good and most workouts are only 20-25 mins.

I've done this video twice with a friend who has it. It's pretty fun and a good workout, but I looked like a dork trying to do the moves :) It burns a lot of calories for a little time and your butt hurts after, but I bet if you keep doing it, your butt would look so much better!

I absolutely love Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper DVDs. Particularly the Yoga Meltdown or Weight Loss Yoga. Super awesome workout while teaching yoga poses.

I love to use Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown DVD because she does yoga positions with movement. I've had it for a while and it still makes me sweat! I also have Rodney Yee's Beginners Yoga DVD too and it's also amazing! More for stretching and relaxing.

She means that it's easier to lose weight when you are larger and have more weight to lose. Yoga is awesome! I try to do it like 2 - 3 times a week with other things. It always makes me feel better after :) My goal this month is to lose 10 lbs. Let's hope I do it this time!

I like to work out right before dinner because after I work out, I feel more inclined to eat healthier. Plus, I work all day so it's hard to squeeze one in before work.

I eat like crazy when I'm bored. I find that when I stay busy and don't think about eating, I don't snack or notice that I'm hungry until it's time to eat.

I usually don't eat chewy stuff or don't open my mouth very wide. Also, I give myself a jaw massage. It really helps along with some heat. Good luck!
