I used too. It does suck the life out of all who dwell there. So I quit. No more bosses for this clever primate! Although there is fun to be had in the cube farm..."Office Space" FTW!

I've really been loving cottage cheese and strawberries. Yum!

Wow! Thanks to all the ladies with the courage to open up about their terrible dating experiences. You've helped me a lot with my intermittent self-image problem. After reading these stories, I will never, ever again think I'm a loser, or don't have much to offer. I hope you all find the man of your dreams!

I am not a doctor, but I would advise you to continue to take your meds. I know it's important to you to continue losing weight, but it's not important enough to risk your mental health. Just explain everything to your doctor when you see him. See if there's something he can do about the weight gain (e.g., different meds).…

Have felt the "runner's high" and don't think it's all that great. For me, the benefits of running are not worth the pounding to my body. I don't like it, and I think there are better methods of achieving the same results (e.g., HIIT bodyweight exercises).

Great job! You'll make your goal if you just keep doing what you've been doing!

An ex-girlfriend: "You're fat!" It was a blessing in disguise. I dumped her and started working out and eating healthily. Found a much nicer, prettier girlfriend in night classes at college.

Most definitely. One can never have too many friends, especially when they're that cute.

To quote Penny, from The Big Bang Theory, on this topic: "There is absolutely no difference!"

Mid-morning/before lunch...usually around 10-12. I'm lucky enough to have a flexible schedule.

Kung fu and aikido. Martial arts rock! Good on you for teaching your kids.

With a spoon  Just kidding. I usually eat cottage cheese for breakfast, so mostly I add fresh strawberries, banana, peanut butter, oatmeal, wheat bran. (No I don't use all of those at once!)

I'm right there with ya, brother! If anyone has tips to get rid of the "love handles", I'd love to hear them. But I have a feeling the answer is the same for a lot of fitness situations: perseverance!

Beer and wine...I like them too much. Reducing them to sustainably healthy portions, though!

Books! But it's a close call. Coffee or tea?

I usually go for a banana and either a bar (Clif Mojo - comparatively low in sugar without tasting like cardboard) or a handful of snack mix (nuts, dried fruit, dark chocolate). The Fresh Market and Whole Foods sell various snack mixes in bulk and they're very good. I also eat hard-boiled eggs sometimes, but tend to save…

Y'all are talking about IoI's (Indicators of Interest). When women are communicating IoI's, they typically: 1. Play with their hair. 2. Smooth or tug at their clothes. 3. Laugh at your jokes, even if they're not *that* funny. 4. Make a point of touching you often. 5. Prolong eye contact and smiles. 6. Provide unsolicited…
