Ran my first 5k on the 29th of March (see profile pic). Ran it in 38 minutes which is now my person best. Had a wonderful running partner which obviously made a difference and my husband and children were at the finish line which was nice. Ran the whole way. Just started to run outside just before the race which is soooooo…

this weekend I ran my first 5k. Big shoutout to my running partner-Debbie, my husband, children and my wonderful friend Daniela for being at the finish line and cheering me on. I can't believe I actually did it AND booked another 5k run as well.

Doing my first 5K at the end of March. Waiting for the weather to break to run outside. I have only ran on the treadmill so I need to get outside for a smooth transition. I am excited though.

I am trying to not put a number in my head. Yes, I have a goal weight and yes I am working towards it but it seems to be coming off very slowly. I will take it day by day, keep my head down and dig in. My goal-run a 10k this year (currently running 6)
