I eat more. I used to only eat 1300 kcals a day or so, and I binged quite a bit. Now, I'm a little more active, and eating about 1600-1700 kcals, with more whole foods (especially fruits and veggies) and it helps with cravings. I still binge, but not as much.

I use the sedentary plus FitBit plan and it works great for me! Sedentary sets me at about 1270kcals/day...but hell no! I get 10,000 steps/day normally and that gives me another 500 kcals usually. And when I stick to everything like I'm supposed to, I lose consistently.

I have my activity level set at sedentary, so my FitBit activity is counted. I don't add in extra calorie burn from strength training or anything like that, because I don't eat back every single one of my exercise calories anyway.

The guy thinks your curves are hot! At 5'3, 135 pounds before my baby, though, I'm sure you'll still have curves at 140. You won't be tiny or hungry looking! Plus, I think he'll get used to it. Its not like he'll think you're gross at a healthy weight...its not like you're aiming for some crazy low number. Its all good!
