Congratulations! I am 67 and just went under 200. I also am diabetic and just dropped my A1c from 9.7 to 6.7. Feels great and I know the work itbtakes. It isn't just a small thing.

Married at age 17 after knowing my husband for 6 weeks. In august we celebrate our 50th have 8 children, 33 grandchildren and soon 7 great grandchildren with 2 of them due in august.

I weigh and measure every Tuesday morning before exercising or putting any thing in my mouth. Today I gained but down on measurements so still progress

I have found saying no to something just makes me want it more and by just having a little i gott over it because it usually doesn't taste as good as I thought. For me the stressing adds weight

Saw a dr oz show where he had eight or so such women. He offered all kinds of help and some turned it down. Some didn't like the way they were and accepted the help offered. Good luck to them.

Sorry was trying to comment and didn't work. I was going to say that I do this chili but I don't add the salt and I use beans and tomatoes without added salt and cut the sodium quite a bit

Don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen every week. My first month I lost 10 lbs. Next/last month .5 but thie first week of this momth 2 lbs. The thing that kept me going was measuring as those numbers kept decreasing even though I didn't loose lbs. Stay focused and the other tip do it for you no one else.

Have a t zone vibration machine in my home. My blood pressure has gone from high to normal since using it faithfully. Not a lot of weight loss but my clothes are fitting better.

I weigh once a week. Tuesday morning when I get up before I dress. When incheat and weigh in between I get very frustrated ifni don't see loss. Right now imhavent lost on the scales but my clothes fit different and my family can see a difference.

Your not the only one confused so am I. I thought it was eat less exercise more but from everything I read on here that doesn't seem to agree. I am about stressed enough to give up

The report I heard today said 2300 for normal and 1500 if you have high blood pressure. When I first started tracking mine I was shocked. I can now keep mine down quite easily and my numbers are now in normal range

To wear my wedding dress for my 50th wedding anniversary in 14 months. I started at 230 lbs. Hope to go below 200 this week. Instated my weight loss sep 2010 when I retired from work. My husband weighs 125. This goal is for me but also for him

I have found it happens when getting too much sodium. Sodium has a big effect on being able to loose weight for me.
