Sorry, I don't always get to check in on my groups from the app and I missed the part about A or B. I've been doing A, but I've only done 36 this week. Combined with some of the other exercises I've done, and a few yoga practices, I'm a little sore. I don't really feel it in my shoulders, but I try and not come up too far…

I skip a 'traditional' breakfast all the time and only eat between 11am and 7pm. I'm usually not hungry early in the day because I have my coffee.

Hated it, and I don't see what all the hype is about with people going ape over it, lol. My kids didn't like it, but they're older so I"m not surprised there. :indifferent:

Hmm...I like them pretty much any way they can be cooked. I used to think poached sounded gross, but I'm going to have to try them since i love runny yolks.

I am! Just doing it at home, June 21st. Central Texas

I didn't get to read all the replies, but I've been both a stay at home mom when my daughter was small, and worked outside the home. I don't think he sounds sexist at all. She's a stay at home mom, it's basically her job to take care of the kid and the house. Not to say that her husband shouldn't help some, but c'mon...if…

It's for a facebook group, but yeah it's for the summer solstice. I made it to 72 last night, and it was pretty tough, but once I got to about 65 I felt really good. I haven't really been practicing for that long, on and off for maybe 5 years. I didn't do it at all for about a year after I sprained my shoulder, but…

Well aren't you a little ray of sunshine?

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. There are days I want to eat everything in sight, and some days where I have a hard time even reaching 1200. It's very scientific, lol.

Today is my first actual day of 16:8. I plan on my window being from 11am to 7pm since it seems like it would work with my schedule. It seems like the black coffee I drink in the mornings helps to curb any appetite I have, and hopefully this will motivate me to drink more water as well.

We are about the same size  Lifting weights won't make you bulky in general, unless that is something you're aiming for and work towards. I have 10lb dumb bells that I use for a few different arm exercises. I check dumbbell-exercises.com and do several of those exercises daily. There is one called "good mornings"…

Bumping because this thread is awesome!!

Holy crap, that sounds really good. I can't think of any one worst thing I ate, but if I had to pick it would be going out to eat once or twice a week. I think that has been one of the biggest changes I've made up to this point.

Not silly at all! What a great story

I had never heard of it either, but it sounds like something I would enjoy.

I haven't tried many types of yoga, but I'm always up for something new. I'm really into my Travis Eliot DVDs right now, and I kind of like yin. I may have to try some kundalini just to check it out.

That is just amazing...congratulations to the both of you!

You may not notice the difference, but I bet people around you can! When they start noticing, it's the best NSV there is.

Me too, unless they've said they're going to be taking a break, or vacation, or whatever.

I have been doing the Ultimate Yogi DVDs off and on for about a month, which is a faster flow type of yoga. I love it, and I sweat like crazy during them, it really feels like a great workout! With that being said, I haven't lost any weight this month, but I've noticed my arms are more toned, my butt seems to look better,…

There is a site called DoYogaWithMe.com that is free and has a ton of videos, and you can choose different styles and from easy to hard. I used it a few times and it looked like it could keep you busy for weeks, lol.

Yes to spelling out LOL and OMG. Drives me up a wall!

I love this thread, lol. I try and incorporate something sweet into my calories about once a week. It's good to know that other people are following the "everything in moderation" idea.

Bahaha! Crazy cat :)

There is a class at the YMCA that someone on facebook told me about, but even that is a 30 minute drive for me, lol. I've done alright with my DVDs and an app on my phone. I haven't been able to stick to the 108 consecutive days of yoga, but I'm managing about every other day. I love small town life, but sometimes I wish…

There is an app called Sworkit that has exercises like that in 30 second intervals. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but I've used it before, and it can be synced up with MFP.

I hadn't heard of PiYo, but it sounds interesting! I just got the Ultimate Yogi dvd set, and I started this past monday. It's a mixture of power yoga and some easier hatha type dvds. I have sore muscles in places I must not have been working, lol! I wonder if PiYo is similar?

I eat 1200 a day too. Sometimes less (like a few hundred less after adding in exercise), sometimes more. I'm aiming to clean my diet up a lot and not eat so many processed foods and get more bang for my buck so to speak. Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories, sometimes not. As you can tell for me, it's a very…

After I lost 10 pounds and entered my weight progress that day, a screen came up asking if I wanted to adjust my fitness goals.
