I started Wellbutrin last week, and haven't had the best appetite. Not complaining at the moment though, I still have a long way to go. I agree with the suggestion of keeping snacks handy. Peanut butter seems to pack a lot of calories in just a tablespoon, so that might be something to keep handy.

That is amazing! Think how proud you will be to lose it from hard work and dedication :)

Woohoo! Congratulations!!

Fitness Blender has some free videos for kettlebell workouts too.

I don't know much about diastasis, but my doctor recommends taking 1200-2000mg of a good fish oil supplement to reduce inflammation. Foods like pomegranites and blueberries are supposed to be good for that too.

I like yin for when I want to relax, and vinyasa for when I want to work up a good sweat. I love how I feel after I'm done, both mentally and physically. I'm more accepting of my flaws because even though I'm overweight I can still do all sorts of poses with this body. I also sleep better when I practice on a regular basis.

I did the muffintop massacre the other day, and definitely felt it the next morning!

Youtube has a lot of videos and Doyogawithme.com has tons of free ones as well. You can try a few different kinds and see what you like. Travis Eliot has a DVD set called Yoga Foundations that I"ve heard is good for beginners too. Good luck on your yoga journey!

Awesome!!

I'm going to have to agree, Doyogawithme is a great site, and plenty of variety to choose from!
-
You look amazing! Keep up the good work!

Bumping because I want to start doing the beginner workouts in addition to the other stuff I already enjoy.
-
I have MapMyFitness, Sworkit, Blogilates, and YogaStudio.

Hello from a fellow Texan!

Woohoo! I'm hoping to get there someday too, but I'll settle for not being considered 'obese' by the BMI scale. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
-
:p bump! I was wondering where it went

There are several threads on this board that I've seen this morning already. Lots of info and people doing different versions of fasting and having successes with it. Good luck with it!
-
Search the groups for 5:2 and Intermittent Fasting. There are a lot of people who have been doing it for awhile and have had success with it. It's not unsustainable at all once you get used to it.
-
I've tried it and loved it, and plan on starting it up again. I have several friends on here that do it and have had a lot of success with it.
-
Maybe it (the app) needs updating, or try downloading it again. I don't have an iPad, but it works on my phone.

A swimsuit that I had bought the summer before that was a little too big. I tried to put it on the next summer and it was too tight all over. I ended up getting rid of it, but I should have kept the darn thing to see if it fits better now.

Where's the Like button for this post?

I need to remember to be more mindful of hunger cues, that's a good point. There are days I could eat all the things, all day long and have no trouble hitting my calorie goal. Then there are days I may not be hungry for one reason or another but eat dinner with the family because it's "dinner time" and I need to stop doing…

Wow, you look amazing! It's nice to see that results can be achieved outside of the gym. Makes me want to dust off the old Sworkit app.
-
You look great! Proof of how MFP works if you work it! :drinker:

10 pounds to go. I started at 228, and have had my share of ups and downs, but my goal is to be 199 by the end of the year. Sooner would be great, but as long as it's gone I don't mind if it's slow.

76 sticks of butter!

I may have to check out those shorter videos. I want to do some yoga in the mornings before work, but most of the time I don't have the time (or energy, lol) to do a full hour like the DVD I have.
-
I literally LOL'd at this. Probably too much.

This is my favorite too. If you like it spicy, some chopped jalapeno or red pepper flakes are good in this too.
