I have the Fitbit one..I always have it hooked on my bra or in my pocket.I've had it for about six months..never lost it :) I love it!!!

I was the same way!! The first two days I could barely walk!!! Yes,they hurt to touch too..muscle rub helped a lot. I pushed through and still did it everyday...glad I did..Now I'm on level 3 day 7. You know what's best for your body,everyones different.Good luck!!

I'm on Day 5 Level 3..It's awesome..I swear level 3 is easier than level 2..I couldn't stand level 2! But my abs are becoming visible,I feel so much better..and not to mention stronger.I got this far with 3 lb weights..I'm thinking about going round 2 with it ..with 5lb weights.What do you guys recommend? That's awesome! Just try again tomorrow.. I'm doing 30DS too..After the first day,I could barely WALK the next day! I hurt so bad...Tomorrow,I start level 3..I've lost so many inches..I wish I had measured!! Baby steps,baby steps...you WILL get there!!

I'm in the same boat..I have a fitbit,do 30 day shred everyday..walk on the treadmill an hour a day..keep my calories in check.Last week,I gained 2 lbs! I'm starting to measure..I can feel my body toning up but weight not going anywhere..

I go to the gym in the afternoons..Hop on that treadmill! I can do 9-10k in an hour.I totally recommend the fitbit too! Its awesome! Good luck! Amanda

I tried WW online...Only difference,this is free...and easy with no points to count.Plan plan plan is the key.I enter my breakfast and lunch for the week on Sunday night..That way I know how many calories I have left for supper..And when I exercise,that's a bonus.As far as your candy bowl treats...I treat myself to 3 snack…
