I just finished level 2 day 8 of 30DS..I really wish I had measured! I've been doing this every afternoon and hitting the treadmill for an hour a day..My jeans feel better,my belly button looks higher,I've adjusted my bra numerous times.I just wish I had the "numbers" to brag about :wink: Anyone else feel the same? Discouraged!
I've been doing so well this past month..I weigh every Saturday..Today,That thing said I gained 6lbs in a week!! WHAT!! I made myself exercise,and was only naughty for two meals..Even on Thanksgiving,I didn't overload..I'm so bummed today! It amazes me how that scale can manage how you feel about yourself. ~Amanda

Zumba for wii
Has anyone tried this?? I'm not one to go to the gym..just shy dancin' in front of others.I came across the Zumba for the wii..and was curious of "real" reviews before I actually buy it??? Thanks for any info that you have.. ~Amanda
