What DVD next??

In three days I will finish the 30 day shred..Now what?

Have you guys tried something else with great results?? Whether it be Jillian M. or someone else??

    I like Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD. It's about a 45 minute workout, so longer than the 30DS segments, with lots of jump moves. Should be a good transition if you finished 30DS.

    I'm doing 6 week 6 pack on Monday after I finish the shred this weekend. I am going to work on my midsection and abs.

  • I just bought Iron Core Kettlebells and plan to do the circuit training tomorrow. I have been practicing the moves. I like that it combines cardio and resistance training. I got a great deal on it from Amazon. :)
  • If you like Jillian Michaels DVDs,try Ripped in 30.It's similar to 30DS only worse!!! Level 3 made me want to cry,"Duck Walks" and "Bear Crawls" you'll love to hate it.

    I'm done with the 30 day part of the 30 day shred, I just keep doing it (level 3) because it's a great, quick work out! But I also do her Kick Box Fast Fix when I get burnt out of the 30 day shred. That one also has three 20 minute work outs!
