i lost 15lbs and two cup sizes :( i still look 'big' to most but its effected my self esteem in that area for SURE. It was the one area i never was self-conscious about.

I technically have 11, but i took my belly button out a while ago. I'm wanting a few more...... discrete ones ;)

I use a coffeemate one, only put one T and call it a day. Some days i have two cups thus 2T but not very often. So 35-70 cals a day.

i pre-log about half the time, the other half i dont. I do MUCH BETTER on days i prelogg, because my macros are always spot on then.

I'm a mom of one little girl. I do jillian on occasion but prefer just to run or bike :)

Thats the reason i haven't done it, i just don't like adding mass quantities of fats. I did low carb for two weeks and got great results, but wasn't happy with it. So i upped to about 100-150g day and feel good there!

i like greek yogurt with fruit/nuts in it. So delish and super filling!

Ya i agree with everyone else! I love greek yogurt! I add fresh fruit and crushed cocoa almonds and for 6oz plain yogurt some strawberries and 1/2 oz nuts and a dash of honey its under 200 cals and SUPER filling and good for you.

Its the same with exercise. Someone put '10 min walking at 2.5' and its like really? there were prob 15 comments saying 'wow way to go!' I'm mean seriously its under 30 calories :/

Ya i don't like when people don't message me when they request. I often add them and they are either wayyyyyy under eating or NEVER log in/talk. Not the kinda friends i want on my list!
