I found out that I am allergic to gluten...the more wheat fiber I ate the worse it got. Once I gave it all up, it went away. Also, if you are eating more fiber than you normally were it can take the body some time to adjust to that and you will have gas and bloating. I would see a dr and do a little homework before you go…

another thing was at the beginning it was better for me to eat 4-5 small meals a day instead of 2-3 larger ones...it helped my stomach shrink so that when I was getting fuller faster.

It has helped me to focus on foods higher in protein and less on foods that are high in carbs, especially sugars. Cutting processed foods and stuff with artificial flavors, colors and additives & preservatives helped me as well. Something that has helped me is to make sure that I am not so hard on myself to be 100% accurate with all my entries. There is no way possible that I can know exactly what is in something I make from scratch. I will find something 'like' it and use that, you start to get a 'gut' feeling when have entered enough calories if…
