You said as long as you hit your macros, it doesn't matter what you eat. That is false.
-
Weight loss has NOTHING to do with how much you exercise. Exercise can be used to create a larger deficit, but it isn't necessary whatsoever.
-
While that is a crap ton of sodium, don't worry if you go over on sodium really. Look at my diary for example. I'm probably 2000mg over every single day and more than that other days. Hasn't stopped my weight loss at all. Just drink a reasonable amount of water and you'll be fine. I probably drink 48 oz per day just for…

Its clean as long as you pick the lint off of it first. For real though, these clean vs unclean debates are ridiculous.
-
Uhm, no. Make sure it fits in your CALORIES. Sure, you want to be as close to your macros as possible but you won't be "fine" if thats all you worry about
-
If you at all veg and fruit and organic and whatever else is considered "clean" and the calories are over your maintenance, YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT. Not debatable. Its SCIENCE. At the same time, if your maintenance is 2500 calories and you eat 2000 calories of twinkies, you will lose weight. Guaranteed. You'd feel like hell…

There's nothing anyone can do about physical attraction. If someone puts on or loses a lot of weight, people will lose or gain attraction to that person. This happening doesn't make them a bad person because you don't get to choose who you are physically attracted to. It just isn't a choice.

Doesn't get much more hypocritical than this...

Your tracker made me laugh more than it should have

You aren't going to see a loss everyday if you weigh. I weigh everyday too just so I have an idea of when I'll lose next (by now I can pretty much guarantee the day I'll see a loss). But other than that 1 or 2 days consecutively that I see a loss, the number does whatever it wants. If you stall for 2 weeks or so, then post…

I take 2 mirror pictures every 30th day. (0,30,60...). One from the front and one from the side. Wear as little clothes as possible

-digital -grams -tare -preferably glass top Got my Taylor one from target for less than $20

Unless you have a lot to lose, eat right at your calorie goal. Mine is 2600 to lose 2 pounds per week but I usually eat 2200. I don't feel hungry at all and I've lost 30 pounds in 58 days
-
I'm taking pictures without a shirt which I absolutely dread doing but I know it'll be worth it when I hit my goal.
-
I guess I will resist the urge. Curiosity kills me sometimes :\ And my lack of patience... I don't want my friends to feel awkward though.
-
I won't even touch on the irony of this but it's not just Christianity, so don't feel special :)
-
Exactly. Freewill isn't free if there's consequences for choosing wrong. More like an ultimatum
-
How is he helping? What specific examples can you give? Africa has only gotten worse since the start of humanity, which began in Africa. Also, what passage in the bible says god only helps those who can help themselves?
-
Yes an all powerful and "loving" entity would let millions starve for no reason. He is either not all powerful and can't change the situation, or not all loving and chooses not to. Make your choice because it MUST be one of the two.
-
As have I. Also there's a term for exactly what you said about "you lose nothing by believing and end up being wrong". Pascals Wager. Doesn't work, sorry.
-
If that's his plan for them, your god is a scumbag.
-
If only this could happen for all those starving kids in Africa :\ Do you believe everything you read on the Internet?
-
+ infinity

Beat me to it
-
You know how hypocritical that is right? OP told me his beliefs, so I told him mine. And no, only facts would "threaten" my lack of belief in any gods. It didn't have to turn into this but I don't take kindly to condescending comments such as the one OP made.
-
Ahh yes that condescending line. Let's just hope you chose the correct god out of THOUSANDS.

Type in "Scooby bmr" in Google and go to scoobys workshop. Put in your info and where it tells you your calories to maintain your current weight, that is your TDEE.
-
I think this just proves not all people are *kitten*. Not sure how this relates to the all mighty creator hypothesis.
-
If by morning you mean 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon, I'm DEFINITELY a morning person!
-
Scoobys way of determining activity level is a little off to me. Seeing what your job is, you should definitely select the "1-3 hours of exercise" ATLEAST, maybe even the next one. Of course, you need to do trial and error to see what works.
