I'm always falling off. One trick I'm learning is to say 'maybe later' if I find it too hard to say no. Also, drinking is an absolute no-no for me as alcohol just dissolves all willpower and seems to make me hungrier too

YES I am exactly like that. I've noticed if I've not had a good sleep that seems to contribute to the lack of motivation to exercise..so I've decided when I get like that I will make sleep and rest the priority for a day or two as then I'm in a better position to exercise and eat well/burn fat

Personally I find it a bit on the low side, and I'm sure I'm going to lose more than 2 pounds per week on 5000 kilojoules! Time will tell, I suppose
