WTG girl! Keep it up!

I agree! It will tighten up your abs but not your skin. If you look anything like I do (after having 5 kids), plastic surgery is the only solution for saggy skin. But your muscles will be nice and firm with P90X Ab Ripper!

I feel your pain! I was a 42 DD pretty much most of my adult life. It's not as big as you but it still bothered me. They I gave birth to twins and while I was breastfeeding both of them, my breast reached as amazing 48 FF. I they went down a little after I stopped breastfeeding. BUT, when I lost my 40 pounds, I went down…

Try 300 calories for breakfast, lunch and dinner (each meal) and 100 calorie snacks 3 times a day! A handful of almonds, a glass of milk, or a tablespoon of peanut butter can add some calories for you and good nutrition, too! Try to fill your plates with lots of veggies and fruits!

I agree with Imagymrat and couldn't have said it better myself!

Your body thinks you are starving it, so it is hanging on to ever calorie that you intake. Like everyone else said, you need to eat more. 6 times a day is about right. A simple formula is: 300 cal - Breakfast 100 cal - Mid-morning snack 300 cal - Lunch 100 cal - Afternoon snack 300 cal - Dinner 100 cal - Late night snack…

Try a wedge of Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese between 2 slices of toasted whole wheat bread. OR one Eggo Multigrain Waffle with sugar free syrup and berries on top. I think the multigrain has less calories than whole wheat.

You can eat alot of food with 1290 calories. If you want to eat more, just change that in your settings to lose 1 lb per week instead of 2. It will take a little longer to lose the weight and you can always go back and change it once you feel comfortable with your new way of eating.

Thanks everyone for the congrates and compliments! :flowerforyou: As for stretchmarks......I do have some, escpecially from my twins! :grumble: That's why I wear "high waisted" bottoms! :embarassed:

Happy Birthday! Have fun, enjoy and eat to your hearts content (one meal). I use to party like a rock star on my birthdays. :drinker: Dancing, drinking and coming home at the wee hours of the night. Now (married with 5 kids), I check out of my house in the morning, check into a hotel, spend the entire day by myself…

A little olive oil in a frying pan with some minced garlic, put your fish in and salt, pepper and squeeze fresh lemon on it while cooking! YUM!! If you want to hide the taste of the fish, bake it covered in the oven with the following mixture: 1 Tbs of fat free cream cheese 1 Tbs of low fat mayo Dash of garlic powder…

I was confused about his also, when I first started. So I went with calorie intake only. Stayed with healthy foods and to my surprise.....I was under on carbs and fat and was a little over on protien (which is ok). So, if you stay within you calorie goal and eat good healthy foods the rest just follows suit. Good…

Welcome! If you log all your food, MFP will work wonders! Good Luck!

A handful of almonds or half of a PB&J sandwich. A yogurt with blueberries. A glass of chocolate milk. A banana or 1 cup of steamed veggies. Raw veggies with hummus. Actually, you have enough for an entire meal. I don't know what time it is there, but 4 oz. of grilled chicken or broiled fish and veggies would be perfect!

Welcome to MFP! You're going to do great! We're here to support you! Congrates on your little one! C-sections are tough, I had two of them. Don't even think of exercise right now. Most of us want to see results in the mirror and what you cook up and eat everyday will show you those results. Exercise is for later, after…

Welcome, this site has helped me lose 35 pounds in less than 6 months. I stay just under my calorie goal with healthy foods and that's all I watch because if it's healthy then the other stuff will be in check. Good luck and stick with it!

THAT'S SOOOO AWESOME! I have 5 huge boxes and 4 garbage bags ready for me to tear into them. They're in my basement. I wish I had the time to go through them because my clothes that I'm wearing are falling off of me. I can't wait to have the kind of excitement that you just had! Woooo Hooooo!:drinker:
