I do 1 Tbsp of Baileys caramel creamer and a dash of Stevia. 35 calories per cup twice a day. I had to ween myself off the ridiculous amounts of creamer I would pour into my cup before I got to this point. I would love to drink it black but ugh just can't!

Same for me. News feed not working, errors popping up here and there. All morning long, boo!
This is impressive! You are super determined! Are you eating specific ryes of food or just tracking? I'm going to check out your food diary because I want to be like you!
aww thank you! I typically eat the same things everyday so my diary is pretty boring lol. No specific foods, I track everything weigh my…

Here's mine. Has taken me a tad over 13 months to lose 90lbs using mfp.

I've lost 90lbs in a tad over 13 months here on mfp. I started out very similar to you, obese my whole life, kids, tried multiple diets, nothing ever worked. I bought myself a Fitbit zip, and a food scale. I log my intake as accurately as I can. I usually have a cheat day once per week where I eat maintenance calories. I…

I see a difference, great job!

Throw your child into a jogging stroller and go. Kids love being outside, and are usually as good as gold while you walk/jog. If its too hot, try to go an hour before sundown or early in the AM.

I was drinking a little bit of coffee with my creamer and it was soooo good! Seriously I would make a cup of coffee and just pour that creamer in until it was a creamy whitish color. I was probably pouring in at least 300-400 calories of creamer into each cup 3x per day. I was addicted big time. I slowly started cutting…

80 oz of water per day, plus 2 cups of coffee. I have an 18 oz water bottle I fill every time I eat, or snack. After doing this for so long I've found that I actually crave water now. A year ago I hated drinking water and made up any excuse I could not to drink it. If it didn't have flavoring or sugar in it, I wouldn't…

Thank you so much :)

You are doing great! Feel free to add me :)

I am in the exact same boat as you. Down 82lbs and 50lbs to go. Stretch marks I've had all my life, the worst are on my stomach. Those don't bother me as much as the sagging skin I'm starting to see. Plastic surgery will never be an option for me so learning to live with it and just being comfortable in my clothes will…

Wow! Big difference, you must feel great :) All of those small changes really do make a difference and add up to big changes, congrats!

After spending my entire life morbidly obese and utterly disgusted with myself but never caring enough to actually do anything about it.. one day I decided I didn't want to live that way anymore. I was so desperate for change that I googled calorie counting and found mfp. I finally stopped feeling sorry for myself, learned…

I'm glad I'm not alone! Its so weird the things that change when you lose weight. I am definitely more comfortable falling asleep on my stomach too. I used to do the raised leg thing as well. My mattress hasn't changed, only my body so I know its not the mattress haha. I've always had lower back pain as that has been an…
