  • First Quest bar I've ever tried, but no weird aftertaste for me. I wouldn't describe it as hard.. the texture is soft and firm with a really great blueberry flavor imo.
  • If you like Quest bars, worth checking your local Walmart's. Mine had the Blueberry Muffin marked down to .25 cents per bar. It was in the aisle with the protein powders and boxes of Quest bars.. where they sell the singles. Got 10 of them for $2.50! Saw them last week, bought two to try. Hubby and I thought they were…
  • I found these at Walmart, never seen before. Really great birthday cake flavor and I highly recommend. Going to stock up if they still have them tomorrow morning B)
  • In my store (King Soopers) they are in the bread aisle, and on the same shelf with the Arnold brand thins. Try this link to see if your store carries them? https://www.kroger.com/p/kroger-100-whole-wheat-sandwich-slims/0001111000192
  • If you live near a Kroger store they have a store brand copycat of them. I've been buying them since I discovered them at $1.99 for a pack of 8, so cheaper too. 90 calories per 43g sandwich thins. They have multigrain and honey wheat at my Kroger.
  • General Mills Fiber One Original Cereal. A 30g serving is 60 calories with 14g fiber. I mix about 20g into my greek yogurt for a delicious crunchy texture <3 It looks like bird food but it tastes really good!
  • I was never properly fitted I just bought the biggest cheap bras I could find and squeezed into them. At 268+ pounds I wore a 46DDD with a bra extender to make it fit. During my weight loss (-142lbs) I lost a total of 20 inches from my bust and now wear a 34B. I was super morbidly obese though and carried a lot of fat in…
  • ughhhh me too! The 3 stores listed on their website that carry it in my town are all out of stock. I guess I'm lucky I found the bottle of Vanilla (which is almost gone) :/
  • I was able to find the Jordan's Skinny Syrups at Ross for $3.99 each. They only had 3 bottles on the shelf, 2 Hazelnut and 1 Vanilla so I bought the Vanilla. Its really good! I've tried all the different brands of zero calorie syrups and this is the first one that doesn't have a weird chemical taste. Definitely going to…
  • This looks good! Protein hot chocolate, could omit the whipped topping to save calories. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhbeSrt7ngU&index=13&list=PLnJ4PrKks7cT-Vo5WhpVBDSWv-KIzqEKj
  • Thank you for posting this! I just got the Quest peanut butter pp 2lb tub for $13 with coupon <3
  • Pro tip: Set bowl on scale, set plate on bowl, tare, add food to plate, see display much easier :)
  • Thank you for this info, very helpful!
  • I thought it was much more complicated actually so I guess that's why. The instructions I remember were boiling milk, adding live cultures, something about a yogurt maker? It just sounded like way too much work for me. But what you explained sounds super easy and I just watched a youtube video of it. I'm going to give it a…
  • I've read about doing this but I'm a little scared to try haha I will try to find your low calorie waffle recipe, that sounds good! @kelly_c_77 I can't moderate oreo's either but I can moderate the Stauffer's chocolate animal crackers which are a fantastic chocolate cookie replacement. 3 of them are 23 cals and I find…
  • Over the years I've tried many different things with my yogurt lol My ultimate favorite way that I will probably never ever ever get sick of that I currently do everyday is: 225g vanilla greek yogurt with 20g fiber one original cereal. (The one that looks like bird food) So good! I just mix the cereal into my yogurt and…
  • oh man I wish I could fit that many tubs into my grocery budget every week :p I can't do the fluff either lol but your snack sounds pretty good! I may have to try that..
  • Same here, I already go through 4 of the 32oz tubs a week as it is :|
  • ^ I've made that before and it will definitely kill a sweet tooth craving, and super easy.
  • I'm in the same boat.. I live in Colorado and its already really cold here. I know I have to give up my daily protein ice cream x2 per day and its just no fair! I'm still eating it but suffering the consequences of being freezing cold afterwords :# I definitely need ideas too!
  • It is SO good, let me know if you try it! I don't see myself getting sick of it anytime soon :D
  • I found these at Walmart today, bought two boxes. My only regret is that I forgot to use my coupon :(
  • My favorite is Shamrock Shake ice cream. Once I discovered that my Quest just sits on the shelf and gets ignored. I do the sugar free syrup, almond milk, liquid sucralose, peppermint extract, then blend it with a tray of ice cubes. Last goes in the French Vanilla pp and once its fully blended I top with more syrup and fat…
  • 142 pounds lost and have kept it off for 15 months of maintenance so far, all while eating 50% carbs. Proof is in the pudding! mmm pudding :D
  • This will kill a chocolate craving, pretty tasty mug brownie. In fact out of all the recipes I've tried, this was the only one that didn't go straight into the trash and actually tasted like its supposed to. 30g protein powder (I used chocolate) 5g cocoa 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 60 ml almond milk sweetener of choice…
  • The broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot blend was the only veggies I had :D
  • Tonight's high volume meal almost had me tapping out! One HUGE omelette Morningstar Farms Spicy Black Bean Burger (chopped up) 234g (3 cups) of California Blend veggies 1 large egg 92g egg whites 16g shredded cheese Pepper Garlic Salt SO good! 351 calories, 34g protein, 7g fiber I wish I would have had some Salsa but…
