You may need to research the amount of calories burned from breastfeeding, and create your own entry for it.…

Is that 120 oz, like one gallon? I think you may be onto something. I dont know the dynamics of salt intake and water retention, but it is worth investigating. Not to mention, really good to cut back on salt for the ol blood pressure...

I started doing couch to 5k cause its only 30 minutes 3x a week and it starts out SUPER gradual. Whatever exercize you settle on it should be fairly easy to work into your life, especially as a busy mom! :)
