  • My "sunday prep" this week was egg muffins, a package of boneless skinless chicken thighs sliced up and sauteed, and a big casserole dish of roasted veggies (carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, parsnips and beets).
  • I eat anywhere from 50-150ish carbs a day....Majority of my diet is veg, protein, fat, 2-3 fruit a day. 2-3x a week I'll have some form of 'other' carb but keep it as clean as possible--and ONLY a few a week. One (normal) serving size. Whole grain brown rice, quinoa pasta, low carb naan or pita/wrap etc. It works for me.…

  • Such an inspiration. I am just starting (again) on my journey. I'm starting at 315.8 as of yesterday, and need to lose about what you have. I find it very difficult sometimes to find women success stories who've made that incredibly difficult journey, and here you are, at the exact moment I need to see it. Thank you.
  • Add me!! I am 37, no kids and don't want them. Also newly single, I was dumped literally right before Christmas...fun times. Nothing like some great motivation (I don't care where it comes from, as long as it encourages me) to kick a**!) Last year I lost 60 here, wasn't focusing on myself for the last half of the year, and…
  • Feel free to add me, also have over 100 to lose!
  • Feel free to add me. I lost close to 60 lbs last year with MFP and the awesome people here. I've gained 20 of it back and am going to recommit fully starting January, easing back into it right now over the holidays. Would love to help each other on our journey, I also have about 150 to lose.
  • New Brunswick here, looks like I'll be doing the East Coast represent! hehe
  • Daaaaayuuum people. Amazing work.
  • My Fitbit One. Keeps me accountable and lets me compete with myself. It was really the motivator for myself when I started my journey and now it's as much a part of my routine as brushing my teeth. First thing I reach for when I'm getting dressed in the AM.
  • She matches her lipstick to her lingerie which is pretty damn coordinated. And she has the same taste in music as me. :)
  • Always looking for new friends, I log daily and try to cheer everyone's accomplishments I see :) Please add me!
  • I log daily and though I don't often have a ton of time to comment on everything in my feed, I ALWAYS make sure to like/cheer for accomplishments of others...I know how much work goes into living this lifestyle daily and I am encouraged to continue myself when I see others doing it. So please feel free to add me and we can…

  • I work with a woman who is a raw eater. I don't knock her lifestyle but she, in addition to determining what works best for her, also seems to think that she knows what is best for every other person as well. She believes (based on google researching) that every single disease in the world can be cured by eating a raw…
  • I have a calendar hung in my bathroom. Every morning i write my weight (this is only a good idea if you aren't the type to get hung up on daily fluctuations). "Real" weigh-in is once a week but i like to look at the patterns over the last week or two...even if I'm up on a particular day it's motivating to compare it to a…
