  • Don't be disheartened, keep in mind all the people in the video are fitness instructors and even they struggle to keep up. if you made it to the end of the first day that is a great accomplishment and you should already be proud, the hard part now is to keep going and don't give up.   • Thank you for your reply. Yeah I can tell the difference as I have been taking photos along the way, I stick to what I have been doing for the next few weeks and see what happens. I might try to add a little 20 run in the morning before work.
