  • If grammar policing is ableist you are suggesting that those who have poor grammar are disabled or handicapped. I would argue that those with poor grammar are perhaps uneducated in the area of grammar but not disabled in any way.

  • I agree that you should probably stretch longer after the workout. I did the whole thing and my soreness was only really severe after the first 5 days or so. Try to stick with it, adding more stretching/cool down, and I bet you will be less sore!

  • I agree with the others. It definitely sounds like you aren't eating enough. You need fuel for all that work! Just make sure you are eating low carb/low fat to keep those categories in check. Give it a try and see what happens!

  • I'm the same way. My fiance hid the scale from me so I would stop weighing myself. I'm trying to go by how I feel. Like the fact that I can do the exercises so much easier now and my stamina is going up so much. Maybe if you look at it that way you will see more results! Keep going!
  • Day 4 done! Today I actually didn't have to stop during any of the jumping jacks. AND during the final cardio I did all 4 parts without stopping! It is exciting to see improvements ;)
  • I soooo wanted to skip it today. HOWEVER! I did it anyway! :) And I avoided cookie temptations at work today. Pretty proud of myself for not giving in to temptations today!
  • I did it for today! My biggest problem is shin splints. Doing the butt kicks especially but any of the cardio, my shins just kill me. I have no idea how to deal with them so if anyone has any advice I'd love it!
