This really makes so much sense today.... Yesterday I was so off I didn't do my second workout and gave-in to a chocolate chip lava cake, went over my cals by about 300... Well I for one outweigh, I think all of the ladies on BL... I have 1530 cals per day, Sometimes I burn 500, sometimes over 1000, Sometimes I eat some back, sometimes I don't... I think I will keep that up until I hit a plateau then re-adjust... Also, I know its a show, but it IS these people's real life... I certanly don't…

I maintained my weight with my daughter, so when she was born I lost 20lbs. Just do as much light/moderate exercise as possible, and eat a healthy balanced diet... Just make sure you don't go below 1200cals, and make sure you get enough iron.

Up the exercise, and don't cut your calories under 1200!! Get lots of fiber, eat veggies when you can, and have a GOOD breakfast with protien to help curb cravings all day :)

I also agree with the excersize. You're more likely to succeed if you don't go too extreme in calorie restriction. I have a turbo jam dvd that I do that burns 1000 calories, its pretty intense, but then I can still eat the foods I like and lose weight! It will also help tighten up skin as it loosens during weight-loss :)

Monday mornings, I'm doing the New year, New us challenge. I wasn't weighing too often before... I go in spurts of weighing every day, and not weighing at all... I was trying to do wednesdays, but I haven't actually made it a whole week yet.... This next week that will be my goal!

Previously I lost 90lbs and kept it off for 4 years, and time and exercise helped tighten it back up, but it did take a quite a while to "settle in".

Agree, I try to do the same. I like to plan treats ahead and balance my day accordingly. It helps me keep an eye on my portions and not feel deprived of anything.

I too, am also trying C25K. I completed w1d3 today, although not without challenges. My treadmill started going crazy 6 runs in, and I had to get off to fix it... but 5 min later when I got back on I ran 2min x 3 times, instead of 1min. Just gotta keep going! :)
