YOU ROCK!!! <3 You are such an inspiration to me! I`m so happy to have been witness to your journey (I`m sure I have to be one of your earliest MFP pals because I swear you're one of mine). So happy for you!!!

Way to go!! You are an inspiration!!

Wow, you look amazing!! Congrats on all your hard work!!

I love this!! 10 years ago I lost 90lbs and was at 149, I stayed between 149 and 166 for about 4-5 years. I noticed a LOT of changes in how I was treated, and then it was heartbreaking as I regained all of it plus as I noticed getting treated differently once again. Slowly stopped getting invited out as much, male friends…

I do absolutely LOVE it!! Here is my one month progress pic, can't wait until 90 days to see the difference!
-
Yes! Its a pound in the right direction!! I'm sure I had one in the last 5 weeks but I just didn't have to see it... All we gotta do it just KEEP going!!
-
Added you!! :)

5'9, started at 307, currently around 230, goal between 145-165. I'll have to find my happy place!

Thanks!! I did the 30 day Shred in January and loved the results, I`ll probably do another round... some day! Lol, I pretty much have my workout routine planned for the next year :O
-
I may not make one of my Chalene workouts, but overall I'm on track!! I did make sure to do all my lifting ones, and figure that the cardio from my runs should make up for the cardio I missed yesterday!
-
How do you like NROLFW??
-
It depends on how intense your workout is, you can always walk on a "rest" day. As long as you're mixing it up by cross-training you should be fine!
-
I think you look awesome!! I don't think you "need" to work on losing any weight, but that's your own decision. You could hit maintenance for a month or two, see how you feel and then re-assess. IMO you look great and you could just continue on with the lifestyle, some people say that they lose a few more lbs when they…

I'm Megan, my HW is 307, I started MFP in September at 287, and I'm currently 236ish. I still have at least 50-90lbs to go. (Depends on where I am happy because I have started doing more weights so I don't know what my maintenance weight will be).
-
Just body weight if you like. Maybe try to go as low as you can?
-
You are welcome! I can't wait to get to onederland! Congrats on your losses so far!!
-
If you go in to where you enter your weight there is an option to "edit previous entries" Edit your very first one!
-
I'm 5'9, I will be losing over 100lbs (fingers crossed), I'm down 51 from September, and 71 total since last Feb. Feel free to add me :)
-
Ok I got around 400min this week... I did 100 sit ups, looks like I'll be logging 50 more between today and tomorrow!! :) Who wants to up it next week?
-
Perfect!! I'll add you!! I added those who said they would start, and if I missed you add me!
-
Did you like it? I just did the first workout... and I may be in love/pain!
-
Sorry I'm late guys. I took a challenge to NOT weigh myself until March, so my weeks are running together!
-
I tried a chocolate soy protein shake.... as a dessert this week :) It wasn't too bad! :)
-
Yummm!! I love spinach!! I like it with some feta or a bit of cream cheese!!
-
TEARS!!!! I am so proud of you Shannon!! You are such an inspiration to me!! You are TOTALLY rocking this journey!!
-
Ofcourse!!!

My plan is to start maintenance using MFP. Probably for a few months or so until I have figured out a happy maintenance cal range. Eventually I may try taking a week or so off, and use the scale as a judge, then if/when I gain a couple it will mean back to the basics. Logging and being "aware" is what is working for me. I…

Hmmm toughy, I'd probably put them in the day before and not roll them over.... but that's just because I like a clean slate!

Me too!! I made it most days, but today for example it was 3...

I'm no where near done my journey, but I have been successful so far. My ticker says 45lbs, but its actually 65 from my highest :) 1- What was your changing moment that made you say enough is enough? And start your journey? I had been wanting to make a change for a long time. I got up to 307lbs and a size 24. After I had…
