I'm 5'9" and 160. I think my goal is around 150, again. I just gained 10lbs on a "bulk" cycle.

5'10", started at 195, current at 181, my original goal was 140 but for right now I'm aiming for 160 and re-evaluating. I have a pretty large frame so 160 might be good for me.

5'10 and I'm currently 148 (as of this morning) and I would like to be 135-140, but we'll see. i really just want to look good and be fit. If I end up looking good at this weight I'll be ok.

I'm 5'10" and currently around 250lbs. Goal is 190lbs and will take it from there. I dont know about my frame/bone density but I've always been quite heavy... before I put my weight on and I was a UK size 12 I weighed 175lbs which does seem a lot more than other comparisons I've seen on here :/ Never mind, as long as I stay healthy and exercise I suppose the scales dont matter as much as the measurements!

I'm 5'9 and currently 141 (started at 185) -- ultimate goal is to hit around 133-137 comfortably. I am not unhappy with my weight right now but I am working on lowering my body fat % and building lean muscle!!! So if I don't lose any more weight, that's ok too!!!

I'm 5'9 and right now at 180 - after losing my baby weight from baby #3 (I delivered at 216)...although my goal weight is 160 - I'd love to be 150 again, but 160 seems within reach.
