Not usually, unless I am REALLY deep cleaning for more than an hour, and then I'll underestimate. The way I see it, your body keeps an accurate record for you, and why would I record cleaning? If it actually *is* extra cals burned then the scale will show it.

I'm thinking I might take a rest day today. My body is feeling pretty worn and the scale isn't moving, so I'm thinking a rest day might help the situation. I may still do some extra cardio though!

A lot of scales won't move a whole lot at first. For many of us our muscles aren't used tot this workout so they are storing water to aid in recovery! I just got Zumba last week, and got hubby to pick up Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout and Just Dance 3.... Anything that gets your heart-rate up and burns calories will help you lose weight. I've got an HRM so after my 30 day shred in the morning, I'm going to rock some Just Dance!!

NO! See it as a learning experience! If we all knew how to stay in our calories on day one we wouldn't need MFP! Look over your day and see where you went over, what you can replace and plan for next time!!
