This week lets try for 70 push-ups (reg or modified), 140 squats, and see who can do 10 cups (80oz) of water a day!

    Squats, do they need to be with weights or just body weight?

    Those push ups are going to be a challenge for me! Great challenge!

    Wow! Push ups are like the plague for me! LOL! But I will suffer through it and push myself to do my best!

    Just body weight if you like. Maybe try to go as low as you can?

    I felt like I was on the biggest loser this morning, I busted my butt!!

    I did 20 minutes on the elliptical, got off and did 20 bicep curls on each arm and 60 squats

    I did another 20 minutes on the elliptical, got off and did 40 tricep extensions on each arm, 40 crunches, and 30 push ups

    then I did another 20 minutes on the elliptical, alternating 30 second sprints and then 30 seconds at a normal pace

    I am beat! And now I need to clean the house.

    So for my numbers for the week:

    Pushups 60/70

    Squats 120/140

    The waters easy, I get at least 80 oz everyday

    81/140..... I am hoping to finish the squats today!!

    Push ups..not sure that is going to happen. I hurt my side the other day and have a hard time lifting my 1 yr old..I don't think I could lift my upper body weight. I will keep u guys posted if I do do it!

    Good challenge!

    The water is so hard for me! I forget to drink it!

    I haven't done pushups yet, I'll have to fit them in today! Haven't done any for a few weeks.
    ** 25/70 (These were so hard, my upper body is sore from yesterday's weights)

    Squats 113/140
    I am currently doing the 200 squats challenge. My next workout this week is 139 squats! By the end of the week, I'll probably end up with 500.

    I didn't do the full push ups or squats, just started NROLFW so I did 30 of each through that program.

    Hit my water intake though.
