**First I want to say, I LOVE Jillian Michaels and most of her workouts**
I just watched the infomercial for Jillian Michaels Body Rev and I am really disappointed with it. It looks like all the `success stories` are professional before and after weight-loser people. "I lose 75lbs in 90 days" Obviously those results aren't typical. Or the "I lost 18 pounds in one week" I call BULL!
Seriously I have no doubt that the program is effective, because its Jillian! But why the need to oversell it. People will just end up disappointed if they don't lose 8-18lbs the first week!

Thanks!! I did the 30 day Shred in January and loved the results, I`ll probably do another round... some day! Lol, I pretty much have my workout routine planned for the next year :O0
