Bonefish grill also has fabulously delish crabcake meal that includes two cakes and spicy remoulade for 290 calories. A great option if you are too lazy to make them and willing to dish out the $. My fave meal there is the sirloin steak with a crab cake and brocolli. Yum!!!!!

Calories are much smaller than grams so the total calories on the package might be correct but if there is 4.6 grams of fat in the item it has to list it as 5 grams. I will jump in with you. I started on Monday and have 2 kids and 100 pounds to lose as well. Should be a lot easier for you at 24 then it is for me at 36. Where do you live?
