  • ? Doubtful I go over on fat a lot but Its usually the cause of eating avocado or peanut butter ( one serving) or nuts of some sort so I don't freak out about it. But if you ate eating processed crap and going over all the time yes you probably will.

  • Maple grove farms brand which I've saw at both Kroger and Walmart have sugar free dressings that are really good. Poppyseed is my fav, but there are lots of flavors. Most 20 cals for 2T and low carb. The raspberry vineegrette is good and only has one carb per serving.n

  • My friend had 2 kids and after 4 months of insanity and eating good she went from 178 to 130 and yea she has a few stretch marks but not noticeable enough, she is toned and looks amazing. Everyone's bodies are different but for her it went away. Good luck, and you look great btw!

  • Hey!! I have completed insanity and slim in 6 once and now doing a mix of the two with a bit of p90 mixed in. I just can't get I to p90 like I do insanity though but feel free to add me! I really want to buy a Chalean workout next because have read good reviews so would love to hear what you think.
  • I like ripped in 30 better personally. I think its a little more challenging and has better weight exercises. They are very similar though so I would just keep it.
  • Listen to your body. There are days I do insanity doubles followed by slim in 6. I usually always do doubles since I have so much energy from the first workout but then some days I will follow my double up with something else.
