  • Yes. Do it. But you have to actually do it and eat less to make it work. It's hard but actually easy lol. The moves aren't hard so just go at your pace and eventually you get faster. Get plugged into a support group either here or Facebook or something to help you be accounable. If you finish month one and still struggling…
  • Day one in the books here. I did it after my first son and then just here and there since then. Now, my second son is 4 months old and I'm ready for round 2!!!

  • Yea, just go at your pace. You will get faster. Also, my friend repeated month one twice because she didn't feel ready for the second. No, I didn't follow the plan but I did eat reasonable and tracked calories. You can add me if you want support. I just finished pure cardio, felt inspired

  • I've done it several times. I did the first month in August just to restart my fitness after my second baby which I had in May. I was doing a whole 30 and found it challenging to do the second month so I switched to Chalean Extreme for September but ready to go back and fully conquer Insanity!! I don't have any before…

  • Wow. That was entertaining...
  • Amazing!!!! I love insanity. Sucks at the time but always produces results if you put the time in!!! Good luck with p90!
  • I would guess by what you think. If it is a low number I would just assume its for a small piece. Better to be overestimating then under.
  • It's fun and you will feel it in your butt for sure! Kind of annoying visually but a good workout especially if you like dancing.
  • Different brand. Should be cold pressed and unrefined to get benefits. Impersonally like Kelapo or nutiva. That would just be annoying to refrigerate it.
  • I say both. I have done high intensity cardio ( insanity) alone and definitely lost weight but when I mixed in weights with insanity alternating days I really saw myself "tighten" up I guess I would say....I gained a bit of weight , not much...but my pants got looser so it is obviously working. Good luck. And remember…
  • Hm...I think I will start referring to my sons age in months just to tick people like you off...sounds fun.
  • Falfel. Dump beans, seasoning and onion if you wish into a food processor. Pulse then take out and add flour 2 tbsp at a time until you can form together easily. Make into small patties and spritz with oil . Bake 350 for 20 to 25 . Stuff into pita bread. Eat.
  • 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup egg whites and protein powder...then whatever else if you wish to add fruit or whatever. Blend. Cook. Eat. Or 1 banana (large) 1 scoop protein powder 2 egg whites 1 egg...mix. Add whatever else if you wish. Cook. Eat.
  • First off you are amazing!! I love nursing moms its so selfless and incredible.....ok so yea I have a almost 15 month old who still nurses only at night time but when he was strictly breast milk I usually consumed around 1500 calories ...that worked for my body but its really about each body. I eat pretty much strictly "…
  • I like browsing blogs. I like foodbabe.com, thegraciouspantry.com, http://fitnessista.com/ ......I would just google clean eating recipes and its endless...sorry that's not really an answer but just some website ideas
  • I disagree that it's too hard...really that depends on where you are. If you aren't use to high intensity then no obviously it would be dumb to try doing both. Otherwise I do insanity and strength and think its much better. I've done several rounds of insanity and got better results incorporating strength too. I like…
  • No, it won't hurt. I wouldn't jump into month 2 before doing month 1 but it will be fine to do recovery while waiting. Hope you love to hate it lol!!!! Good luck!!!!
  • Cucumber, tomato, mozzarella cheese, vinegar and a little oil. Sometimes I add in beans too.
  • I like the flatout brand. They have different flavors. Another thing to suggest is Joseph's pits pockets, they are 60 cals and 4 net carbs and 6 protein. Either way you can throw veggies and either chicken or deli turkey and eat. Also if you like falafel just take a can of chickpeas and spices and onion pulse until mixed…

  • Woop Woop!!! I. On my second week scond month for the official 2 nd round. I completed one round already then just did random workouts for about a month and then now am on my second round. I only lost about 15 pounds so far but tons of inches. I'm currently at 139 with a goal of 130. I love insanity though. I went from. 14…
  • Julienne peeler..peel it up , looks like noodles then sauté it with other mixed veggies and add spaghetti sauce and you have spaghetti!! I also do the same recipe but replace the sauce with a wholly guacamole packet just to mix up the flavor. . You could also do the zucchini boat recipe but just no cheese.

  • 54 fat grams for half a crepe?
  • If you have time yea I would do the cardio too. I have a 7 month old so usually a hour is all I have so I alternate my days so I get both cardio and strength.
  • I just started adding it in so can't tell you results yet. This is my third round of insanity and I started alternating cardio then weight days. I use the upper body along with p90 shoulders and arms on opposite days of insanity. I achieved my goal of weight loss through 2 rounds of insanity so that's why I am trying to…
  • Hey, congrats on th baby. I just had my first 7 months ago!! I've done insanity twice and the 2 nd month is always a better month for loss so just stick it out. Also if you like beans I highly suggest eating the bean salad from the nutriton guide. Its fast and easy and I mix it with fish or chicken to get extra protein and…
  • I also do 40 carb 30 protein 30 fat but that is just what I like. I also thought they suggested too much carbs as it set it at 55 for me and only 15 for protein.. Just work with it and find the percentages that work for you.
  • I got a julienne peeler so I can just peel it ( turns it into noodle like strings) then I just toss it in a skillet with other veggies and then tomato sauce if I'm feeling lile traditional spaghetti. I also love it with melted laughing cow cheese or with a 100 cal pack of wholly guacamole melted instead of tomato sauce…
