I'm between an hourglass and a triangle as well. My shoulders are 2.2 inches smaller than my hips and my waist and hips are 11 inches apart. I have quite the booty.

I heard one person is rewarding herself by making weight loss beads and putting them on a bracelet. Each one is 10 pounds. I took the idea from her and I'm running with it. =] I also reward myself with workout clothes sometimes.

It's good to keep your heart rate at a target that will burn fat, but it's bad to let it get too high because you could harm yourself. Depending on your age and weight etc, there is a healthy and optimal heart rate that you should aim for when exercising. For me, going over 180 or so is just bad. My target is between 165…

I don't eat before I work out, or I will actually vomit. I am doing INSANITY, though, so that might make a difference.

My friends worry too, and they tease me. They call me anti-social. But the truth is, none of them are in serious relationships like mine, and I take what they say with a grain of salt. My relationship is important to me, and they understand.

I've been in a LDR for over 4 1/2 years, and I don't go out a lot. But, to put it simply, I'd rather be boring and skypeing with my love than out partying and having fun without him. I have time to do that when he gets here. =]

I have the same problem. The smaller I get, the smaller they get. My fiance loves them, incidentally. Someone is going to love your body no matter what, and you should too. =]

My knees and ankles click often, but I don't have much pain. I suppose I should get that checked out eventually.
