Anytime I've tried lifting fasted I've noticed a big difference in strength. I'm also cranky and hungry the whole time. But I hear it works good for a lot of people. I usually only snack if my workout runs over 2 hours.

After drinking diet drinks for so long, I prefer them over the non-diet versions. I think it's just a getting use to it thing. My weakness? Diet Dr. Pepper! I should probably try to cut out diet soda too, but they're definitely addictive! I crave that bubbly fizzy goodness.

This thread is making me scared to even workout now. My breasts are already small. I have heard that doing strength training in the chest area keeps them very perky though. :) I only wish I could lose weight in my butt...

If I had a bag of M&Ms in front of me..I'd find it really hard to stop at 10! I would have to fill little bags with only ten in them, so theres less temptation!

But I think that would be 130 pounds muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So I think it would make sense for you to be leaner yet weigh more. I know that veggies and fruits are the way to go, but I too am a carb lover. :P I really suggest Popchips if you can find them. Perfect for potato chip cravings. Apple slices, strawberries, Popchips, Chobani yogurt, and cottage cheese with blueberry for snacks. Also a fan of Special K protein meal bars.

What I do to avoid that is to eat little things throughout the day. Try to avoid ever reaching the point of hunger. You can try to do four or five smaller meals a day instead of 3 larger meals.
