  • I hit mine at about the 9 month mark. I went from 205lbs down to 170lbs. That was done with only cardio and cal counting. I am now trying out weights which, in the long run, I may gain a bit. We will have to see.
  • I am now at 290, everyone else still streaking (so to speak)?
  • wow, that is awesome! Great Job!
  • raw spinach, lean meats, chicken, fish, fresh or frozen veggies (no cans). Stay away from anything in a box, seriously, boxed foods are normally processed food with tons of sodium. I eat alot of soup (healthy choice low sodium options) as well.

  • Yes, beware of the gas-ola!
  • The Fiber One Oats and Chocolate Bars are tasty and keep me full. They arent something you should eat before a date though....catch what I am sayin??

  • You should increase your distance at 10% per week. I normally do 3 "normal runs" per week and one longer run on one of the weekend days. When I prepared for the half marathon, I only worked up to 11 miles. I knew that if I can do 11 miles, 13.2 will come easy on the day of the race. Now, I only worked on distance and not…
  • I like Jimmy Dean De-lites (honey wheat muffin, cheese, canadian bacon, egg white) All for 240 Calories! Has a bunch of good stuff to get you going and is filling. I also like gala apples and a banana here and there.
  • I use one (Camelbak) for distances over 5 miles. The only complaint I have with them is when you get to about half full, you can really feel it sloshing around. You can adjust the straps quite a bit to try an mitigate this though. I know there are a few different sizes to choose from in case you are concerned about the…
  • I tend to stick with diet cola cocktails. Captain Morgan and diet coke is my favorite. Its around 70 cals per drink.
