  • I have a FitBit, and I really like it. It helps push me everyday to meet the goals that are set daily. FitBit syncs with MFP and I find that to be extra helpful also. With the two apps syncing together, I feel it ensures I am eating within the correct amount of calories for the day.
  • SW - 277.2 LWW (last week weight) - 271.4 CW - 266.6 GW - 180.00 NWGW - 265 I met my weekly goal and have lost a little over 10 lbs in my first two weeks. So I am happy with my progress!

  • I plan and log the majority of it in the morning before work. It gives me an idea of where I will be out calorie wise and how many calories I have available for snacks if I feel I need them. Also it eliminates my excuse of 'I just got busy and didn't have time'

  • I am not doing a certain low carb diet with strict limitations but I limit my carb intake as much as possible and focus on high protein. I'm usually around 100 + grams of protein and always under the recommended carb intake from MFP. I log all my food, so send a request, I love more friends :)
  • I add PB2, you get the flavor of peanut butter, without all the calories, they also have a chocolate version. Both are super yum!

  • I eat a lot of turkey sausage and chicken sausage when I get tired of eggs. They are high in protein and very filling.

  • I love Turbo Jam! It is one of the only workouts I can do at home and not get bored and turn it off. I often do the 20 min video when short on time. Good luck doing the Turbo Slim!

  • Greek yogurt and string cheese are great snacks and high in protein. Those are my go to snack foods. They're also low in calories.
