Hehe... a lot of us had to think really hard for a moment to figure that out, when we started logging. It´s a Classic here on MFP :D Don´t feel bad. :)

Love your post.... ;-) Couldn´t stop smiling when I read it. Can you believe I felt the same way the other day,- when I by mistake did day one week 4 in c25k. First day of running 5 minutes. Have been running week 3 over and over Again. But I did it and felt amazing... hehe. One fine day I might be a runner like you ;-)…

One year ago I started at 304 lbs. I bought an Electric bike and rode it everyday. Pretty soon I could ride 25 km a day and didn´t need the e-help. When the weather got Cold and wet I began working out at home in the livingroom. you-tube is filled up with low-impact workout. Pick your poison ;-) Now a year later I´ve lost…

Pat yourself on the back for being a good role-model to your Brother. And then this: CupcakeCrusoe wrote "Or, if you wanted to be less shady, you could ask your parents to buy more of whatever of yours your brother is eating, or just ask your parents to replace the food you're buying that he eats.

Same as you balance your Money it´s wise to balance your calories. Make the effort.. and in a while you will find that you often eat the same and logging will be easier. Guestimating is a Waste of time..

I don´t eat past bedtime. I don´t like crumbs in the bed :) When I´m off from Work... in the afternoon and evening, that´s when I get hungry and enjoy eating. I plan my day and leave half or more of my allowed cals for dinner and evening-snacks. It Works just fine for me. I have to respect my need for food in the evening,…

Take this in the kind spirit that I meant it: Don´t try to find a miracle-cure. Take it easy, calm down and don´t stress so much. you will fail and feel even worse afterwords if you set such impossible goals. Easy does it. I weighed 137 kilos and is current at 99 kg. That took me 11 months. Don´t try to do it faster, you…

In theory you should lose if you set MFP to a certain loss and then upped your allowance by exercising. Personally I never eat back ALL the extra cals, since I calculate with an error-margin both in my logging cals and how hard I´v actually worked out. So I tend to overestimate my food and underestimate my workout a Little…

Follow your gut feeling of being freaked out. ;-)

Ok so this time don´t stop. Take a day at a time, modest eating and not so modest excersice.... If you have a day here and there when you can´t eat at a deficit: It´s ok, just keep going next day. Many of us have lost a ton of weight and put it back on. Staying focused during maintanance is key. So this time commit for…
