I have been using MFP and working out four days a week. I also take a dietary supplement called ACE that helps control my appetite. Eating healthier and drinking a lot of water really helps!

I am looking for the same! I am getting married and would like to lose 40 to 50 lbs! I work as a medical assistant currently and have a very sedentary job.
