I do not think its accurate at all. My gym has 4 treadmills and I have ran on each of them using the app while using an armband on my left arm. I normally run for a hour and according to each of the treadmills I run around 5 1/2 miles but on the nike app it says I run a little over 6.5 miles. That's a huge difference. I…
