I think it all depends on your body frame. I have a medium build and am currently sitting at about 130 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 127. I know if I was to get down to anything lower than 125 I would start to look sickly. My advice is to get down to what you think is a good goal weight for yourself and reevaluate if its…

I think it's important to listen to your body and whether or not it needs a break. Today was a rest day for me because my body was starting to get real sore from me working out constantly.

Stay away from beer and head for the hard bar and diet pop. That way you will have calories for food when your blood sugar levels plummet. :)

I am a salt fiend, hence why I never pay attention to being over my sodium intake. I drink a crap ton of water so I like to think that balances it out. :)

Coworkers love free food! lol. I work with a bunch of hens that don't care about their weight. ;)

Depends on if you have yourself set to sedentary or not. I personally have myself set to sedentary (even though I'm a preschool teacher's aide) and I always eat back all my exercise calories - which leaves me netting at least 1295 calories a day (goal being 1300).
