I'm 5'8" and have a goal weight of 145. That was pretty darn skinny for me in high school when I was running cross country. Feel free to add me :) I've got 32 more to go.

I realized I was avoiding photos with my kids. I had 2 only 15 months apart, and my weight ballooned up 63 pounds between the two pregnancies. My mom avoided photos, too, and now I hardly have any pictures of us growing up that include her. I vowed that I would not allow myself to be erased from my children's memories. And…

I have to work around my kids. I'm either up before everyone else at the crack of dawn, or (on weekends) I squeeze it in during their nap time. If they weren't the determining factor, I think I'd prefer to work out everyday in the morning. It's nice to get it out of the way, shower, and do my hair and makeup only once!
