So i need to plank it up. My unit nurse is a body builder, short and always wears blue. I call him arnold smurfinegger. Anyway i talk to him about weightlifting and hes the one who told that. Im good at crunches and suck at planks. So i need to do them :/

Thank you guys for responses! I like the walk one, and mint. Ill definatly try those! I also have a allergy to milk products and one of the things i crave is cheese. So i cant just eat it haha. Plus my cravings are more emotional and like i said i tend towards the bingeing. Thanks again! I apreciate it.

Its definatly easier to lose weight when you have more of it. Your body want to keep the extra weight so it going to fight you. Take any win you can and theres no need yo compair yourself with others.

The general consensus is to just eat it. I like the wait three days! My issue is i need to wprk on portion control. Like chocolate, if its there im goin to eat it and eat all of it. I have weak will power. Great responses! Thankyou

Keeping busy is good. I dont deprive myself, i just wait for my cheat day to go to town. Plus i have bingeing issues, so I try to excersie my will power. Thanks for posting!

chicken, vegan protein powder ( i have a milk allergy) I use the protein powder in baking and cooking. I made protein banana nut bread and zucchini bread.

Parents tend to put their own insecurities and fears on their children. I am speaking from the point of view of a child who was raised in an emotionally abusive house( not the norm so I have a warped way of handling things) . Stretching. Where is the pain? mine was in my butt, causing numbing and burning down my thigh. What helped me was walking, laying on my back and hugging my knee and calf towards the middle of my chest, and icing. Yoga is super helpful too. Any leg back stretching should help.

I didnt eat any bananas when I was gaining weight. Now that I am trying to be all healthy I eat one almost every day. And I am not getting fat. Honest, how can a banana be fattening? Maybe if you ate 200- 300 a day.

Swimming is magical. I was a water baby, on a swim team, and now am a swim teacher. I may be biased :laugh: In all honesty, swimming is one of the best forms of exercise.
