hurt knee, how to work out?
I am aware i should go to a doctor but im also stubborn. Amd would rather not. So my knee feel stiff, hurts when i bend it for a quad stretch, and feels like its going to buckle backwards. Poor me. What can i do to work out and not hurt my knee?
