One of my favorite treats used to be a banana shake. I started making the fake banana ice cream (frozen bananas blended) and one day, many months after my last banana shake, my mother in law got me one. It was not good! Too much sugar and too artifical tasting! Ew. I no longer crave banana shakes!

I got a sample in the mail because I was curious and considering switching from sugar to that. Glad I got a free sample cause like you, i really did not like the artificial taste of it. I just slowly cut back on my sugar in my morning coffee and accept the small amount of calories it adds to my day!

So happy to read all these responses. I was a little worried as well, but figured I would get some good cardio in the morning and guesstimate amounts. Now i may just log it as a high calorie generic day!

Great job so far! Congrats! I started at 230 and it took me about 30 pounds to see a difference. Noticed my clothes fitting looser first. Just keep going! You'll get there! It took awhile for the people around me to notice as well.
