Just finished 40 minutes on the treadmill!

I'm going to 30 minutes on the treadmill even though my thighs are killing me from my leg focused workout from yesterday. I love making goals and staying focused!

My goal for today was to beat my time and distance on my rowing machine. Right now I'm doing 7:28 for 1000 metres.

I'm not going to lie I did skip workouts when I was sore, but I'm committed to 20/75 so after a killer leg centric workout yesterday I'm pushing myself tonight! I'm sure stretching will help big time because right now I'm walking around like a cowboy lol!
