Today. My friends threw around a ball like retards while I worked my tri's and bi's . Was pretty hot and sweaty.

Today was a good day. I did slightly intense workouts with Mr. Ali . It was purely an upper body workout. The workouts I did felt great

Today we did a free workout. It was pretty nice I feel great could have done more. If I do all I need to do for the quarter I can get a 96

Today we did some unique exercises. They were pretty intense and I liked them. Got a good workout. Feel kinda soar afterwords but it was worth it

Today we were gonna do legs and shoulders. Unfortunately I couldn't do legs. So I did some shoulder exercises. It was pretty average workout

Today we worked on bicep and back. It was super duper. Could lift anything else after that. That wasn't very super duper

My post from yesterday did not send for some reason so I sent it just now. Today we did a cardio. It was nice to go to the gym for a change for cardio. I did stairs, then playes basketball and did suicides. felt great.

Today, as usual. I felt like I ciuld have done more in the gym.40 minutes is simply not enough time. I felt slightly tired although I felt I worked as hard as I could. My knee was bothering me so I couldnt do legg press.

Today I did cardio !! 20 mins on teadmill and 15 on the bicycle:) then continued to do push ups until class time was over

March 14. Good workout, felt great. ALthough I feel like I could have done more. 40 minutes isnt enough time. Completed my 12 rm at 80 lb for benchpress, next time I will increase by 5 lbs

March 17 Today we did cardio. It felt freat. Got a good sweat but I felt I could do a lot more.

I dont think I made the most out of my workout today. I felt great and felt like I coukd do more but was restricted due to time limitations.

Yesterday I felt sore, but I was able to complete all my worjouts including a little extra because I finished quickly. Felt great. Today my legs are really sore. But I went on to do cardio.i did stairs, and jump rope.

So what ive learned is that depending on the type of training you are doing. The protien need differ. For streghth training, enurance, and a general consumtion of protien. Ive also learned that it is possible for our bodies to get used to the protien that we consume on a daily basis. So its important to mix it up a little…
