  • Just getting a protein powder is not necessarily the best for you. The Body by Vi shakes are formulated with a tri-sorb protein blend. Sadly many protein shakes may have 24g of protein in them, but it is not a healthy protein. Not to mention the fact that the BBV shakes are packed with more nutrition than we ever consume…

  • I love my Body by Vi! I was one that didn't believe in it at first as I was on a different program and didn't buy into it at first. Then I did my own research and finally signed up. I have lost 16 pounds and weigh less now that I did over 10 years ago. I have so much energy, which is phenomenal considering I have 4 kids my…
  • Don't get discouraged, just do a little more. If you do the same workout day in and day out, your body becomes used to it as a regular part of your day and will no longer produce weight loss results. Mix up your workout a little and push yourself a little farther/harder each time.
  • I have a friend that is a distributor for Visalus, and she swears by it. However, your body does need more calories so you would need to snack in between. From what I have heard, it does allow you to lose weight quickly, which in my opinion is also not healthy. My friend's friend lost 4 pounds in just 3 days, but in my…
  • I used to get shin splints from band due to the way we were required to walk. A warm bath helps, tylenol/ibprofen, and a little rest. But if you run on pavement, that could be part of the problem as well.
  • Do not stop drinking water, whatever you do. Water keeps your body hydrated while it detoxes during workouts. However, it could be do to improper breathing while doing exercises. I have been told to exhale when sitting up and inhale when going back down, etc. The next thing I would suggest is to maybe decrease your…
  • 3 days is no big deal. You should only weigh ONE day a week, try to weigh first thing in the morning and at the same time each week if possible. You will hit plateaus during your weight loss journey. The fix is to add something to your workout. If you workout 3 days a week and only do a mile each time with a little here…
  • There is an all natural ingredient called Ribose that has been researched and studied to help with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. You can purchase it at most health stores. Just google Ribose or D-Ribose. It's pretty impressive.
  • Water will certainly help, but it is also important to remember that your body will go through plateau times. Step up your workout routine a little because your body will become used to whatever you are doing and begin to think it is routine activity. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions.
  • Sorry.... Taylor doesn't sound like she needs to lose weight... Might blow away.. :-)
  • Doesn't sound like you need to lose any weight hun. What is your age/height?

  • Friend and messag me and I will tell you something to try..
  • A drink here and there will not hurt as long as you are doing some workouts throughout the day. The average person should be eating 1200-1300 calories per day and if you exercise regulrly, then you will need a little more. There are days that I may go to dinner with my husband and I eat my meal then come home and say Ah, I…
