thats what the water packs like camel bak are for. I always would bring water with me when I was running. Can't wait to start again. I also chewed gum to help with the cotton mouth feel.

not for nothing but the shirt provides no barrier for the bacteria you are worried about getting from a gym. so shirtless or not, it wouldn't matter in that respect. as for not wiping down the bench and such, thats just nasty, from a slip and slide perspective as well as hygene. somepeople are just rude though.

See this as a sign and start early by offering your children a healthier snack. Good eating is learned, it doesn't happen overnight. Get rid of the crap food for them, and you can't snack on it.

Get a HRM and go with it, or you can use basic calistenics for the workout. Really depends on your body what you burn, hence the HRM.

Disturbed, RAGE, Vintage Metallica, anything heavy and fast. gets me running fast on the treadmill and I don't feel the pain. good to mix up the speed on the songs through. one song fast, next medium so I can slow the mill down a bit. but if you can get into it, anything can work. just not the Barney song...

my left foot goes numb when I jog. Had xray's and an MRI even, basically dr said to suck it up. He could do nerve testing but it isn't worth the pain to find out anything. I don't lose any balance or support, just feels odd. So I just deal with it. so if your shoe laces being untied doesn't help any, don't sweat it too…
