Are you wearing the shoes for other than running? Because that makes sense for looks wise, but if you are only wearing them to go running in, then comfort should come first. Just my opinion,

Really? you care about what they look like??? they are for running, do you wear designer running shorts too? Comfort is key, what ever works for you. but if you care about looks over comfort, have fun with that.

Good workout... Just don't talk to a foot doctor about them. the one I went to see for my ankle said they are the worst thing for your body. Something about training your body that you do not need to step off or something like that, he made it make sense to me.

Body Fortress Protein from walmart.. 2 scoops, 1 cup of milk, 1 banana, and a glob, yes glob, of peanut butter. Good protein amount to get your day started up and going. If you feel daring, toss a teaspoon of instant coffee in there for some added kick.

IHOP Chocolate Chip pancakes, with Bacon and hash browns on the side... You asked Favorite, not what I am eating lately. lol Although lately the light and fit yougurt at 6 am has been a staple in the weight loss. So I guess that will replace my IHOP dreams of yummy goodness.

they are all pretty much the same program, just change the exercise. bottom line, if you want higher reps, you have to do more of them. lol but go for it... everything comes in time...

yeah, the shoulders and chest are a bit tight today, but overall a good burn. Maybe next week we can do chair dips? or maybe I will shoot for 1500? now thats just crazy talk...

my BMI wants me to be like 145, I weighed 145 when I was in 8th grade. I would hate to think that I was fully developed in 8th grade...

every little bit counts. I do them at night before bed, aka edge of the bed push ups...

Desk pushups are not as hard as they are on the ground, give them a shot. you can do them, just put your mind to them, and if you can do sets of 10, it just takes a little longer to do the thousand...
