  • Ok yeah, I know its a girls perspective but I have to chim in for a second. Just wanted to add my thoughts on HOTness for women. You can take the "Best Looking" woman in the world, and if she smokes, she instantly becomes far less attractive. If she opens her mouth and she is annoying, then that takes looks away. If she is…
  • I was kind of kidding on the size matters comment. lol So, its like 330 AM, any one else tired right now... Oh wait, I forgot, all the men are sleeping and I am alone with all these women talking about size and how it matters... How did I get to be the lucky one?
  • wait. Size really does matter? lol
  • How far away in Ohio is that from Niles? I spent a couple nights in niles with a friend when I was in the Marines... Lots of crazy weather up in that area.
  • The only guy in a room with all these sexy women, what man wouldn't want to be here. Only the ones with the balls to jump in are here though.
  • I am wide awake, but didn't want to be the one guy that is in the womens section, who am I kidding... lol Hey, its my TOM so I feel all of your pain. UGH...
  • 450 cals for breakfast isn't that bad. you just have to burn some of it off before you eat lunch...
  • you could mop the kitchen floor and stay off it till it dries that would keep you out of there for a while. lol WOrds of wisdom? hmmm... Not many coming from me, lucky me, i am at work and don't have any food to eat so its easy for me not to stuff my face.
  • its genetic... lol Honestly I think part of it is. I saw a special on this once... Plus, I saw some teenager over the last week that had them, and thats about all he had, which actually led me to believe more and more that it is genetic. I would imagine high reps of chest exercises with low weight would help target the…

  • When I started I just logged, didn't care if I went over or not, Just wanted to see how much crap I was putting into my body. After a week or so of that, It was shocking to see what I was doing to myself. Now I use it to keep track. I always keep a running tally in my head of what I have, and yeah, I break it down to time…
  • I don't care so much about the summer, or the holidays. I am doing this for ME and me alone...
  • I love to sweat so I really can't understand why you wouldn't want to. Nothing quite like soaking through your clothes, it shows you that your work is paying off. As long as you put the water back in that you sweat out, you don't lose just water weight, you lose the fat... But yeah, if you start feeling light headed, or…
  • I just did a google search for cheap nuts and you don't want to know what came up...
  • Here's how someone explained it to me that hit home. MFP sets your daily calories to allow for one or two pounds of weight loss per week. So if you eat all your calories for the day, you should lose one or two pounds a week, depending on how you have it set up. If you don't eat your workout calories back, you will go into…
  • What else grinds my gears.... People that talk about how good their kids WILL be when they have them, but haven't yet... They are kids, let them grow up... If you don't like kids acting up, don't go where you know kids will be.
  • How about when you are staning in line inside Dunkin, unlike the lazy folk that wait in the drive through, and there is only one person waiting on the line inside, but like 4 on the drivethrough... WHY should it be quicker to wait in line in your car then to get out and walk in... who made up that rule.
  • Not to bash Gyms or anything... but.... I went through Marine Corps bootcamp and not once did I touch a weight in a gym. I busted my *kitten* for 13 weeks straight, with nothing more than push ups, flutter kicks, mountain climbers, 10 count body builders, crunches and running, plus some other wonderful calestenics...…
  • just be honest, she started out at one point too so she should understand. Being sore is part of the feeling. Soon you will love it. It means progress is coming. But there is a dif between sore and pain. the secret and hardest part is finding what works for your body and what you can work through.
  • did this the other day... Put two breasts in some water in a frying pan, cook for like an hour or so on low heat. Drain the water and shred the chicken. give them a bath in bbq sauce and cook again for another hour on low heat. its like a pulled chicken delight.
  • I don't use what the treadmill says, I have a HRM for that. its set to my height, weight and so on. the treadmill just uses the basic algorythm... its not set to your body at all.
  • Didn't do it myself, but I know someone at work here that started with that, he is down 78lbs, and he is running 10k's 3 to 4 days a week now. I talked to him about it and he said it really worked for him.
  • the Tropical Chicken Salad at 99 has 800 calories. But if you are burning 1000 cals a day working out, that really isn't a lot of calories for a meal, I guess... Plus the report on the news that showed Places are lieing about their calorie numbers was kind of disturbing. They showed Olive Garden was off by more than a…
  • why were you cutting your vegetables on the floor in cat pee to begin with? lol
  • NEVER put a wooden cutting board in a dish washer. Made that mistake once, next thing you know, I had 3 cutting boards because the thing fell apart. lol
  • I love rail trails more then tread mills. On a treadmill you can stop at any time, on a rail trail, if you run 2 miles, you still have 2 miles to go just to get back to the car.
  • I suggest you get a Heart Rate Monitor and us that to calculate your caloie loss. I do that for all my workouts. and Hush, It really depends on the rate of the rebound, sometimes its like mowing the lawn... but sometimes its like a rapid sprint. lol
  • what is rebounding?
